“ Not normally one to write revies, i felt compelled to write one today as I have a few things i need to tell other buyers about this product. 1. Pharmawhey ht+ strawberry creme - it tastes amazing!! i have never been a fan of strawberry flavour supplements as they never seem to taste right (see maximuscle) but this totally blew me away, in fact I have got my brothers and friends to try it (small samples as I cant let them have too much of my purchase!) and they cant believe how good it tastes!, it mixes very easily in a shaker(more on that later..) it is a little more expensive than the product I used to use but i am happy to pay a little extra for a protein powder that I am now happy to drink 4 - 5 times a day...i will be buying my next bag very soon... I just had it with milk and its phenomenal!!! 2. the wireball shaker - this is a very well designed product..the lid screws on very well so you dont have that fear that liquid will start splashing everywhere when you start shaking, the cap on the lip closes with a reassuringly solid click. The bottle is more compact than the normal shaker that you probably know of which is nice as it fits nicely in a gym bag but it still more than big enough to mix up your shake, even if you want to make a 2 scoop shake. “ Not so keen on the strawberry flavour, but the chocolate flavour is quite nice. mixes reasonably well. overall i'm happy with PhD, but definitely not happy with monstersupplements. i made a large order with them, almost £100, so i expected good customer service. i received the order with a bag of pharma whey split at the bottom and my phd shaker cracked (it was packaged poorly). i e-mailed them, but they never got back to me. i e-mailed them again, and they again didn't get back to me. so i rang them up and they said they would send me a new bag of pharma whey and a new shaker, but, they never did. so, after about 4 weeks of trying to get them to replace it, i rang again, and they said they would send me some samples to replace the powder lost (which still wasnt very helpfull since i was still left with a split bag) and a new shaker, which wasnt great, but i couldnt be bothered chasing it up anymore. the package arrived, and they had sent me samples of a different product, and a monstersupplements shaker, despite me paying for the larger, phd shaker. i e-mailed them another time, and once again they didnt reply. the customer service is disgusting, they can't even be bothered to reply to their e-mails or solve customer problems. good product by PhD, but definitely will not be buying from monstersupplements again. ”

“ High quality outright protein to have post workout & first thing in morning with breakfast. Normally the choc flavoured shakes are rank, but Phd's pharma whey HT is pretty damn good. ”

“ I've always used PHD Pharma Whey so can't really compare it to anything else. I don't use it for muscle building but mainly toning and for preparing the muscles for exercise. I do a combination of circuit training, body pump, boxercise and mountain biking (usually one of these daily). If I don't take this before a class I notice I don't perform as well. Most of the circuit training sessions can be quite intense and I certainly believe that PHD Pharma Whey helps my recovery too and despite all the training, it's not often I have bad aches. ”

“ The main reason behind getting this was because I needed that extra little bit of energy during my workouts whilst lasting longer and then being able to recover quicker in order to train in consecutive days, which is exactly what this product provides. mixes easier than the previous product type and tastes so nice (chocolate). most definitely will be purchasing this again. ”

“ This is my first purchase of a PHD product after a recommendation form a friend who said 'you will never go back, I never feel sore and it tastes great!'. After using another company for a long time which has whey protein at half the price (and being very happy with it) i thought I would give it a go and see... it had a lot of competition, especially being twice as expensive as my usual protein shake but I have to say I am very impressed! it does taste great, mixes very quickly and has no lumps and (at this time) seems to be giving me good recovery and also fills you up. I can't say 100% if the recovery is better than my old product yet so I am going to be totally honest and will review again if I buy it again - which at this time looks like I will. To sum up; A very quality product that obviously works, tastes great (can recommend mint chocolate!) and mixes perfectly - try it!! ”
